Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By submitting a request on the timespotter.app website, I give IT-m US LLC (Florida document No. L23000392381, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA; the “Operator”) my consent to process my personal data on the terms set out below.

Data covered: first and last name (or first name only), phone number, and technical data sent automatically by the browser (IP address, date and time of the request, page address).

Purpose of processing: contacting me to provide a consultation on the TimeSpotter service, responding to my request, sending me information about the terms of use of the service, and — on paid plans of the service — automatically allocating working time to tasks.

Processing operations: collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, erasure and destruction of personal data. Processing is carried out both with and without automated means. In addition, technical information about work activity is processed, including the transfer of de-identified technical information to an external automated processing service, which may be located in another country, in order to automatically allocate working time to tasks.

Term of consent: until the purpose of processing is achieved, but no longer than three years from the date the data is received, or until consent is withdrawn.

Withdrawal of consent: I may withdraw my consent at any time by writing to privacy@timespotter.ru. The Operator will stop processing and destroy the data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, unless otherwise required by law.

Disclosure to third parties: the data is not disclosed to third parties, except where expressly required by applicable law.
